I recently have been mad at my girlfriend because I found out that she was cheating on me which is never acceptable in my book. I beat her up and I am an san diego criminal defense lawyers is handling case because I was arrested from Ireland. I feel like I was justified for beating her up because she did a lot of bad things to me and she broke my trust and also didn’t tell me about all the bad things that were going on in our relationship. I think over the next couple weeks I’m going to write her a letter and tell her that I never want to see her again and she needs until the police that I do not really beat her up was all one big accident. This is why I’m going to try and get the rest of this resolved hopefully with next few hours to make sure that this never happens again. I’m sure that my girlfriend is going to love the fact that I never want to see her again but that is what she deserves from putting in jail and getting all the suffering that dealing with the last couple weeks. When the food budget is limited, here are some pointers to minimize the amount needed for your meal while maximizing the nutrients your family can get.

One should be planning meals ahead of time. It is better if you have list of recipes ready for the rest of the week, in this case you may know what you will be needing and will buy just enough.

One should be buying foods in season since these are usually cheaper. They also have better quality.

One should also be buying locally available foods since they are also cheaper. There are no transportation charges.

If one have enough time, try to shop around so you can compare prices. Buy the ingredients you need in the store that offers the best market value.

One should consider food alternatives.

One should prepare a nutritious “one dish” meal for the whole family.

One should make use of leftovers. Leftovers can turn into a new delicious dish.

The most important is, one should think of a recipe that will use cheap yet nutritious ingredients.

We normally take some pre cut veggies (carrots, capsicum, onion, zucchini) for our first day of camping. Then our first dinner we have a stir fry and use the same veggies, what this means is the additional weight is only for that third and fourth day and we don’t need to bother about keeping fresh for past that. Since they are pre-cut this will reduce weight and rubbish. All thats required for the stir fry is the veggies, oil, soy sauce, (sachet?), ginger, garlic (we take these anyway) plus some spices that you already have with you. Cook these up with the veggies and serve over some rice.

Just like any prepackaged food you’ll most likely discover most camping food portion/serving sizes extremely reasonable for a long day of hiking. Keep it in mind when you are buying because otherwise you’ll most likely go hungry, or if you are carrying a pack all day you may even be undernourished.  Get beef jerky online here.
