When Judy was working at the garden centre on a Saturday on her day off from college, she came across a really angry customer who was very rude to her. She advised him that he should make a customer service complaint as she was not able to deal with his problem on the section which she worked on. He was insistent and asked her to get her Manager. The problem was that he bought a really expensive garden furniture set and one of the chairs had collapsed on his elderly Mother! He was livid and he really scared her with his tone but it was most understandable under the circumstances. The Manager came to see if he could help after Judy had briefed him on the problem. He asked the man to accompany him in to his office where he could calm him down and talk reasonably in dealing with the issue he had. The Manager decided that the garden centre must keep up their good reputation, he got one of the drivers to get a brand new garden set and actually drove the man back home with the set to see if his Mother was okay, he also gave her a large bouquet he picked up from the store on his way out!

I heard of the most ridiculous story that I believe many men need to hear and take heed to just in case they make this huge mistake and forfiet happiness in your life. But to make a long story short, I just heard of a man that broke up with his ex girlfriend because she was getting overweight. I am not the type of student who loves to do reporting in front of the class. I don’t know exactly the reason why, but I just find all this reporting stuff boring. Well, this point of view of mine is maybe caused by the fact that I have already seen so much of this class reporting. So much that I can already tell who is a good reporter and who is not. In my more than twelve years of going to school now, I think I have already developed this habit of falling asleep whenever someone is reading, I mean reporting in front. But there are some reporters who interest me also. Whenever I’m tasked to do a class report, I always find time to seek help with excel graphs so that I can make my report more interesting and not so boring because I have a nice visual aid and less of the text which they can just read from a book. I make sure my report is nicely presented though I hate reporting.
